- Protect proprietary information, customer data, and product roadmaps.
- Execute non-disclosure agreements when required.
- Return or securely destroy confidential materials when access is no longer needed.

- Follow local health and safety regulations in Jobmyt offices and remote workspaces.
- Report hazards, injuries, or unsafe behavior promptly.
- Respect quiet hours, paid time off, and mental health breaks to support healthy teams.
7. Compliance & Reporting
Each individual is responsible for understanding policies applicable to their role and seeking clarification when needed. Suspected policy violations, legal concerns, or ethical issues must be reported to a manager, People Operations, or the Legal Team at info@jobmyt.com. Reports can be made anonymously via our ethics line where available.
8. Policy Changes
Jobmyt reviews and updates policies annually or when laws, regulations, or business needs change. Updated versions are distributed via internal channels and published on www.jobmyt.com. Continued employment indicates acknowledgment of the latest policy.
